Viralth provides AI-powered thumbnail generation services. Users can upload images and use our tools to generate YouTube thumbnails. The Service operates on a credit-based system.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• You retain ownership of the images you upload.

4. Intellectual Property

The generated thumbnails are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes upon successful generation and credit deduction. Viralth retains rights to the underlying AI models and platform code.

5. Credits and Refunds

Services are purchased via credits. Credits are non-transferable. Refunds for credit purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, typically only in the event of technical failure of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Viralth be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
